Recently, we completed a flat roof installation alongside fascia and gutter upgrades to improve both durability and aesthetics for our client.

A Stronger, More Durable Flat Roof

Flat roofs are a fantastic option for many homes, but they need proper installation and maintenance to stand the test of time. For this project, we fitted a high-quality EPDM rubber roof – a modern, durable material that can last over 50 years with minimal upkeep.

To start, we installed a new OSB Smart-Ply roof deck, providing a sturdy foundation for the roof. We then applied a water-based adhesive to ensure a secure bond before fitting the Classic Bond EPDM roofing system. This premium material is designed to resist leaks, cracks, and wear over time, giving the homeowner peace of mind.



Because the roof was over 50m², we incorporated an expansion joint down the centre to allow for natural movement without causing stress or damage. To complete the job, we added high-performance gutter trims, kerb trims, and wall plates, ensuring efficient water runoff. We also reinforced all corners and pipe areas with extra protection to prevent future leaks.

A Stronger, More Durable Flat Roof

A well-maintained guttering system is key to preventing water damage, and new fascias can dramatically improve a home’s appearance. As part of this project, we installed new white UPVC fascia capping boards for a clean, modern look.



To ensure efficient rainwater drainage, we fitted white square UPVC guttering and a matching downpipe, directing water away from the property and reducing the risk of damp and structural damage. We also added corner caps and internal corners for a smooth, professional finish.
