Our flat roofing services include expert flat roof replacements using Firestone Rubber Cover EPDM.
Firestone Rubber Cover EPDM
High-performance EPDM systems are built to surpass the durability of any other flat roof covering. They are environmentally friendly, highly resistant to UV light and extreme weather conditions, and remain flexible over time. Unlike other materials, EPDM does not tear, split, or crack, and it can be easily installed over insulation boards for enhanced thermal performance.
Most of our single-ply projects are carried out in a 3-stage process:
Stage 1.
Prepare the deck, ensure the roof structure is sound, and apply an even layer of primer glue.
Stage 2.
Lay the high-performance EPDM membrane, securely bonding all overlaps with adhesive.
Stage 3.
Install heavy-duty drip trims and secure termination bars in place.
