Booking a Service
Once we check your roof structure we will do the following:
Establish the best covering for your property and budget.
Design your new roof, which will demand as little maintenance as possible.
Provide you with a fixed price (no add-ons) and full specification of the project.
What happens next once you go-ahead?
- Both parties will sign the provided contract/quotation.
- A 25% deposit secures your place in the fitting queue.
- We will notify the appropriate local authorities 7 - 14 days before the work begins.
- A suitable start date will be arranged for the commencement of work.
- All work will comply with current building regulations and will be inspected by Adam upon completion. The final payment, representing 75% of the total, will then be due.
You will also receive a handover pack that will include:
- A building control certificate
- A. Armstrong Roofing Contractors' 10-year guarantee against failures due to defective workmanship or materials
- A 10-year insurance warranty certificate covering building regulation compliance and contractor insolvency through a government-backed scheme.
